QUESTION: Tell us about where you work and how you can take richness into your workplace.
I’m an operations manager for a construction company in the Philadelphia area. I take richness into my workplace by representing Christ in an environment that sometimes seems far from Him. You don’t have to be a missionary or a minister to be in ministry. Ministry happens right where you are, and I get to see and be apart of that on a daily basis. Having a mission mindset is part of living richly in my workplace.

I’m an operations manager for the country’s largest home builder. I’m able to represent Christ in how I lead and manage my people.
